“Being selected to participate in the 2010 Class of the NCAA Leadership Institute for Ethnic Minority Males and Females has truly been a blessing,” remarked Hill. “The information I’ve learned coupled with the network of friends that I have made over the past twelve months has proved to be invaluable to my growth as a leader both personally and professionally. The NCAA office of Diversity and Inclusion has done a tremendous job in establishing a top notch curriculum filled with extraordinary facilitators and staff and I am extremely proud to be a graduate of this program. I would sincerely like to thank them along with the entire C.W. Post Athletic Department and the many other family and friends who supported me along this journey.“
The NCAA Leadership Institute established its education program in 2001 providing support for the shortage of senior-level ethnic minority female and males in athletics.

She works closely with the Director of Athletics and has assumed many of the daily operational responsibilities within the department. She is the sport administrator for several of the Pioneer athletic teams.
