Senior Woman Administrator
Mission Statement:
“The Senior Woman Administrator is the highest-ranking female
administrator involved with the conduct of a member
institution’s intercollegiate athletics program” (NCAA
Constitution (4.02.4)). The SWA’s are an integral aspect of
the conference administration, working closely with
student-athletes, coaches, athletic staff and administration to
make recommendations to ensure student-athlete welfare, while
working towards achieving gender equity for all programs in the
conference.
